Introducing the New Enterprise Brain for AI

I’m out of stealth mode as an Advisor for AI One! For months, I’ve been helping the team led by Conor Twomey and Fergus Keenan launch Enterprise Context Management (ECM), a new category of software.
The premise is simple. An enterprise thinks by drawing on its collective memory of successes, failures, and principles. This is its context. For AI to be effective, it must tap into this “enterprise brain.”
The breakthrough is this: AI needs tools to apply the right context to the right prompt at the right time. ECM helps companies tap into that enterprise brain. This breakthrough ushers in the era of the thinking enterprise, powered by AI reasoning at scale. Read the introduction to ECM on the AI One Substack here:
While prompt and context engineering are on the right track, they are incomplete. They lack a systematic way to organize context, an idea that Mark Sykes explains in his “Context Skyscraper” essay.
They lack a method to guide AI models with your principles. This is the “Hybrid Loop.” Read about it here:
With $11M in funding, our journey has begun. Follow AI One on LinkedIn, cofounders Conor Twomey and Fergus Keenan and our AI One Substack for perspective on ECM, how it works, and why it matters.
